- Location of the hotel is A1. You have a beautiful sandy beach right in front of the hotel. I think it is the best beach in the area. Marina is nearby for spending time in the evening with drinks, food and music. - Staff is very friendly and helpful. - We had booked a Junior Suite and the room was good for 3 of us (2 adults + 1 child) - Big balcony with a beautiful view of the sea - Multiple swimming pools (external + internal) which were very clean and well maintained. In case of bad weather we could go to the internal pool and jacuzzi area. Never a moment wasted.

Breakfast is fabulous. The freshly cooked omelettes were gorgeous. There was a good selection of fruits breads and chesses. The location is perfect. You are so near the beach and the Marina where you have a great choice of restaurants and bars. If i went again i would choose a room with a balcony and a view as we were in a standard room which while newly decorated was nice but with a balcony you have somewhere to sit out an dry your wet swimwear.

We have stayed many times in the Vila Gale Ampalius and it is always a terrific stay. The staff are fantastic, my husband was celebrating his birthday and Anis upgraded our room, which was so nice of her. On the day of his birthday they left a slice of cake and a bottle of wine on the room. Little touches like this are thoughtful and shows how attentive the staff are. The rooms are always spotless and the cleaning staff are terrific. Breakfast is buffet style and there is a chef who cooks eggs to order. Hotel is a 3 minute walk from the marina. The beach is in front of the hotel.

The view was perfect. Location excellent. Room size very good. Especially liked the incorpration of a small kitchen. Room service was excellent and prompt and staff were very polite and helpful, especially in the dining area where they were always at hand for clearing the tables and offering assistance where needed.

Was always a regular holiday venue for us but hadn’t been back for about 10 years I was very pleased to see the additions of the cafe & Italian restaurant at the front. And I was particularly pleased to see the area to the front of the hotel and walkway to the marina has undergone huge improvements and feels safe late at night, which wasn’t always the case. The marina has also seen improvements which made our visit very enjoyable

There was a good range of food for continental breakfast - however bacon and sausages were definitely below par for hot breakfast option. There is a station for fried eggs and omelettes which is handy as they are made fresh in front of you. Though the rashers and sausages were not great, there really was plenty of fruit, yogurt, cheeses, bread, rolls, croissants, butter, jam, puree, juices and nice coffee from the coffee machines. Also plenty of space for everyone. We were on level 9 and the lifts were very quick - you rarely had to wait more that a minute for one

Fantastic location right next to sea and clean beach good view of the ocean! Very clean and plenty of facilities inside to keep yourself and kids engaged if the weather is bad. Very friendly staff especially Tania at the SPA and Jacuzzi department.

Breakfast - a good variety of options Location - close to the Marina ; quick access to taxis Thank you for dealing with the noise from a TV above my room .... Invitation to feedback session - regrettably missed by us as we remembered at 6.30 pm. Apologies but we would have needed a reminder ....
